Quality food and ice cream, fresh from the farm

We try to replicate the attention to detail we put into restoring our vehicles with the quality of the produce we sell from them. We are continuously testing and evaluating the latest products and innovations to ensure we remain at the forefront of our industry.

Delicious ice cream

In 2005, we conducted extensive research to find the best quality British ice cream manufacturers. This involved onsite visits to farms and Ice Cream producers around the country sampling their produce.

We found that typically, the large-scale manufacturers added too many preservatives and other undesirable additives to their mix. We preferred many of the smaller artisan producers that had a more traceable provenance, higher quality standards and ultimately, a superior tasting product.

The firm we eventually chose to partner with was the award winning Callestick Farm, which we felt offered the best tasting ice cream with superior texture and creaminess. We were also impressed with the fact that all their ingredients were 100% natural. All their products are made using milk and cream from their own herd of Friesian cattle.

cream from their own herd of Friesian cattle. At Callestick Farm, the animals are clearly at the heart of everything they do and their welfare is given upmost priority. They adhere to strict codes of practise when it comes to animal husbandry and are a member of the FABBL farm assurance scheme. FABBL undertakes regular checks to ensure the animals are looked after to the highest possible standard and they also hold the Red Tractor mark.

In addition to their standard range of ice creams, Callestick farm have been making a special soft ice cream mix for us since 2005. We are proud to say that out of the thousand of ice cream vendors in the UK we are one of only a small handful that sell fresh dairy ice cream directly from the farm.

Food & Drink

We have worked hard to source food suppliers that use fresh and natural ingredients to produce unique and tasty products. We also prefer to use local produce wherever possible.

Our sausages come from a company called Dingley Dell. The pork comes from Ashmoor Hall Farm, a welfare friendly outdoor pig farm situated in the beautiful Deben Valley of Suffolk. They are a proud member of the RSPCA's Freedom Food scheme, which ensures farms rear animals according to strict RSPCA standards. The pork they produce is superior in taste and flavour and they have won numerous awards for its quality and their farming practice.

The tea we sell comes from a firm called Teapigs who produce tea of the highest quality. They only sell whole leaf tea from selected estates. Supplied in sumptuous biodegradable Tea Temples, they allow the whole leaves all the space they need to infuse properly and provide the perfect tea.

Kokoa, who were the Lunch 2011 Gold Award winning hot chocolate brand, makes our hot chocolate. Their beans are sourced from around the world and available in 4 delicious flavours.
